🍳 Method
- Make the Cream Filling
- Whip cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer to a piping bag and chill while preparing the churros.
- Prepare the Churro Dough
- In a saucepan, bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
- Fry the Churros
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Pipe dough into hot oil using a star-shaped tip.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Coat and Fill
- Roll warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
- Use a piping tip to fill each churro with whipped cream.
