🍳 Method

  1. Make the Cream Filling
    • Whip cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
    • Transfer to a piping bag and chill while preparing the churros.
  2. Prepare the Churro Dough
    • In a saucepan, bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to a boil.
    • Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
    • Let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
  3. Fry the Churros
    • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
    • Pipe dough into hot oil using a star-shaped tip.
    • Fry until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Coat and Fill
    • Roll warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
    • Use a piping tip to fill each churro with whipped cream.
