- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Season the cauliflower In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Roast Spread the cauliflower on the tray in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crispy.
