🍳 Method:
Make the sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in Parmesan, lemon zest/juice, mustard, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Prep the seafood: Pat fish and shrimp dry. Brush with sauce.

Grill: Cook over indirect heat for 5–8 minutes until shrimp are pink and fish flakes easily.

Serve: Brush with reserved sauce and garnish with parsley.
