🍳 Method

  1. Prep the Bananas
    • Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise or into thick rounds (your choice).
    • Mix the cinnamon and sugar on a plate.
  2. Make the Butter Glaze
    • Melt 2 tbsp of butter in the microwave.
    • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  3. Coat the Bananas
    • Brush each banana piece with the melted butter mixture.
    • Roll them in the cinnamon sugar until fully coated.
  4. Fry to Perfection
    • In a skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat.
    • Add the coated bananas and fry until golden and caramelized on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
