Make the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, brown sugar, lime juice, vinegar, chili garlic sauce, garlic, and ginger.
Marinate the Chicken
Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for 20–30 minutes (or up to overnight for deeper flavor).
Cook It Up
Heat oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
Pour remaining marinade into the pan and simmer until slightly thickened.
Serve & Garnish
Slice chicken and drizzle with pan sauce.
Top with cilantro, chopped peanuts, and a squeeze of lime.
