🍳 Method

  1. Cook the Rice
    • Prepare white rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Brown the Ground Beef
    • In a large skillet, cook ground beef with 1 tbsp of Tony’s seasoning.
    • Drain and remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté the Sausage and Veggies
    • In the same skillet, brown the smoked sausage.
    • Add diced bell pepper, celery, and the white ends of the green onions.
    • Season with another 1 tbsp of Tony’s seasoning.
    • Cook until veggies are soft and sausage is golden.
  4. Combine Everything
    • Add cooked rice and ground beef to the skillet.
    • Stir in paprika and ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
    • Mix well to combine.
  5. Bake and Finish
    • Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
    • Top with remaining cheese.
    • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish and Serve
    • Top with sliced green onions, a drizzle of soy sauce, and sriracha for heat.
