👨‍🍳 Preparation Method:

🔪 1. Prepare the Shrimp:

  • Wash the shrimp and pat them dry.

  • Cut them open along the back (but don’t remove the shell or head).

  • Carefully remove the vein if it’s still there.

🧈 2. Make Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix:

    • Butter

    • Garlic

    • Chopped parsley

    • Olive oil

    • A bit of lemon juice

    • Salt and black pepper

🍤 3. Marinate the Shrimp:

  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously into the slit of each shrimp.

  • Let them marinate for about 15–30 minutes (optional for extra flavor).

🔥 4. Grill the Shrimp:

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  • Place the shrimp shell-side down.

  • Grill for about 3–4 minutes on each side until they turn bright orange and are cooked through.

🍋 5. Serve:

  • Serve hot with extra garlic butter brushed on top.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
