β’ 1Β½ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
β’ 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
β’ 1/2 cup brown sugar
β’ 1/4 cup granulated sugar
β’ 1 tbsp milk
β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β’ 1/2 tsp salt
β’ 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Heat-treat flour: Bake it at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 5β7 minutes to kill bacteria before using in no-bake dough.

β’ 1.5 quarts (about 1.4 liters) vanilla or cookie dough ice cream
β’ Let it soften at room temp for 10β15 min before using.
