- Prep the Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Wash and trim the sprouts, removing outer leaves and slicing in half.
- Season and Roast
- Toss sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 30β35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Make the Glaze
- In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar, mustard, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer over medium heat for 10β12 minutes until thick and syrupy.
- Finish and Serve
- Transfer roasted sprouts to a serving dish.
- Drizzle with warm balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with parmesan if desired.
