Instructions:

  1. Cook ground beef in a Dutch oven until browned. Drain grease.

  3. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, water, Worcestershire, seasoning, salt, and macaroni.
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 25–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
