Instructions:
- Cook ground beef in a Dutch oven until browned. Drain grease.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in tomatoes, sauce, water, Worcestershire, seasoning, salt, and macaroni.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 25–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
