Instructions:

- Activate yeast: Mix yeast with warm water and 1 tsp sugar. Let sit until foamy.
- Mix dough: Beat eggs and remaining sugar until thick. Add milk mixture, yeast, and flour. Knead until soft dough forms.
- Let rise: Cover and let dough double in size (about 2 hours).
- Shape & fry: Stretch dough into rounds and fry in hot oil (350°F) until golden.
- Coat: Drain and roll in cinnamon sugar while warm.
