Ingredients:
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook slowly until golden and caramelized (about 20–25 minutes).
- Sprinkle flour over onions and stir for 1–2 minutes.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
