👨🍳 Preparation Method:
🔥 Grilled Sardines:
Clean the sardines well and pat them dry.
Rub them with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional garlic or lemon juice.
Grill them over a barbecue or in a grill pan for 3–5 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
🥔 Boiled Potatoes:
Put the peeled and cut potatoes in a pot with salted water.
Bring to a boil and cook until tender (about 15–20 minutes).
Drain and set aside.
🥗 Fresh Salad:
Wash and cut all vegetables.
In a bowl, mix lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers, and cucumber.
Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt.
Toss well before serving.
🍽️ Serving:
Arrange the grilled sardines on a plate.
Add a portion of boiled potatoes on the side.
Serve with a generous helping of the fresh salad on top or on the side.
Optionally, serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
