2. Boil the Potatoes
- Place peeled potatoes in salted water and boil until fork-tender (about 20 minutes).
- Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Salad
- Arrange lettuce, tomato slices, and onion on a plate.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a splash of vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve
- Plate the grilled sardines with boiled potatoes and salad.
- Add lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish.
