🍲 Method:
Marinate the beef: Mix wine, beer, tomato paste, paprika, allspice, bay leaves, cinnamon, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add beef and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Cook the stew: In a large pot, add the marinated beef, onions, and garlic. Bring to a gentle boil for 30 minutes.

Simmer: Add water, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.

Add potatoes: Stir in potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes until tender.

Serve: Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crusty bread or over rice.
