
🥧 Corned Beef and Potato Pie
🔪 Instructions:
- Preheat Oven
- Set oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare the Filling
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in corned beef, peas, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in mashed potatoes until well combined. Let cool slightly.
- Assemble the Pie
- Roll out pastry and line a greased pie dish.
- Spoon in the filling and smooth the top.
- Cover with another layer of pastry, seal edges, and crimp.
- Cut a few slits in the top to let steam escape. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
