🍳 Method
1. Prepare the Steak
- Preheat grill or cast-iron skillet to medium-high.
- Season steak generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil.
- Place rosemary and thyme on top.
2. Sear and Cook
- Sear steak 4–5 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
- Lower heat and cook 10–12 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Baste with melted butter during final minutes.
3. Cook the Seafood
- While steak rests, heat oil or butter in a skillet.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and scallops.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and scallops are golden.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley.
4. Serve
- Plate steak with seafood on the side.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
