🥩 Portuguese Pan Steaks with Molho

👨‍🍳 Preparation Method
Season the Steaks Rub steaks with garlic, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.

Sear the Steaks Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steaks and sear until browned on both sides (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

Make the Molho (Sauce) In the same pan, add white wine, bay leaf, and a splash of vinegar or lemon juice. Scrape up any browned bits and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly reduced.

Return Steaks to Pan Add steaks back to the pan and spoon sauce over them. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.

Serve Hot Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with fries, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the molho.
