2 bay leaves

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tbsp sweet paprika

2 tsp kosher salt

3 tbsp lard (or substitute with butter/oil)

Soft Portuguese rolls (like papo secos)

Optional: mustard and piri-piri sauce for serving
