  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

For the Creamy Shrimp Rice:

  • 1 cup cooked rice (long grain or jasmine)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (parmesan or mozzarella)

  • ½ lb (225g) shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: crab meat or scallops for extra seafood flavor

For Dipping Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
