  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the middle and gently pull the meat up and out, placing it on top of the shell (but still attached).

  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush this mixture over the lobster meat generously.

  5. Place under the broiler or on the grill for about 8–10 minutes, or until lobster is opaque and slightly golden on top.
