- Prepare the Buns Slice each bun into 6–8 wedges, like a flower, without cutting all the way through. Pipe cream cheese filling into each wedge.
- Make Garlic Butter Whisk melted butter, milk, egg, garlic, and parsley until smooth.
- Coat the Buns Dip each filled bun into the garlic butter mixture, letting it soak into the cuts. Sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
- Bake Place buns on a parchment-lined tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5–10 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
