Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Heat milk, butter, and salt until steaming (don’t boil).
- Stir in flour vigorously until dough forms and pulls away from pan.
- Transfer to floured surface and knead until smooth.
🍳 Assembly & Frying
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs + ÂĽ cup water (for egg wash)
- Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in center, fold into half-moon, and seal edges.
- Dip in egg wash, coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
