
Potato lasagna with chicken
👨🍳 Preparation
- Sauté the base: Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
- Make the filling: Add shredded chicken and tomato sauce. Cook for 3 minutes. Stir in cream cheese, season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Prep the potatoes: Slice potatoes thinly using a mandolin or sharp knife. Soak in water until ready to use.
- Layer the lasagna: In a greased baking dish, alternate layers of chicken mixture, potato slices, and cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
