
🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare skillet: Grease a cast-iron or ovenproof skillet. Pour in the cream.
- Add eggs: Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slip into the skillet.
- Season & top: Sprinkle with cheeses, salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Cook for 10–12 minutes until whites are set and yolks are slightly thickened.
- Garnish & serve: Top with green onions and serve immediately.
