1. Cook the filling
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and peppers until soft.

2. Assemble the sliders
- Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected if possible).
- Layer cheese on the bottom half, then add beef mixture.
- Top with more cheese and place the top half of rolls back on.
3. Brush and bake
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden and melty.
4. Serve hot
- Slice into individual sliders and serve with dipping sauce or pickles.
