
40-Minute Loaf Pan Basque Cheesecake
🥣 Instructions:
- Prep Oven & Pan
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, letting it overhang for easy lifting.
- Make the Batter
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in cream, vanilla, salt, and flour until just combined.
- Bake
- Pour batter into the lined pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until deeply browned on top and slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool & Serve
- Let cool in the pan.
- Chill for a few hours or overnight for best texture.
- Slice and enjoy straight from the fridge or at room temp.
🍮 Tips:
- Want it extra gooey? Pull it at 35 minutes.
- For a caramelized top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
- Add a splash of espresso or orange zest for a twist.
