🧂 Ingredients:

  • 2 thin-cut steaks (sirloin or New York strip)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons red or Madeira wine
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • White rice and fries (for serving)
