Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls 



Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes and green chilies (drained)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix





Notes:
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or paprika to the mixture.
These sausage balls freeze well! Simply freeze before baking and add a few minutes to the baking time when cooking from frozen.
