½ red bell pepper, finely diced
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (adds creaminess)
1 tbsp lime juice (for a zingy kick)
½ tsp salt & ¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
