- 275g (10 oz) paella rice or basmati rice
- 150ml (¼ pint) dry white wine
- 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
- 600ml (1 pint) fish stock
- 250g (9 oz) cod fillet, skinned and cut into chunks
- 200g (7 oz) squid rings or sliced squid
- 350g (12 oz) mussels, cleaned
- 55g (2 oz) frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
