- ½ cup white wine (or seafood broth)
- 1 cup fish stock or water
- 200g white fish fillet, cut into chunks
- 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 150g mussels, cleaned
- 100g clams, cleaned
- 100g crab meat or seafood mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
- Lemon wedges to serve
