Mini Lemon Drop Cakes

🍋 Ingredients

For the cakes:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• ½ cup water
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 large egg
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the glaze:

• 1½ cups powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tbsp melted butter
