🍗 Ingredients
For the Nuggets:
- 4 skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1⅓ cups milk
- 2 large eggs (separated into yolks and whites)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓–½ cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Oil for frying
For the Dip:
- 1 part honey
- 1 part maple syrup
- 1 part honey mustard
