🧂 Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg leg of lamb, cut into large chunks
  • 5 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 2 small red onions, cut into wedges
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves (2 sliced, 2 whole)
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200g graviera or feta cheese, cubed
  • ½ ripe tomato, sliced
  • Parchment paper and kitchen string
