๐ฎ 1. Breakfast Quesadilla
๐ Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 4 eggs
- ยฝ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- ยผ cup cooked sausage or diced vegetables (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper
- Salsa (for serving)
- Orange juice (optional side)
๐ณ Method:
- Scramble eggs with salt and pepper.
- Place eggs, cheese, and sausage/veggies on one half of each tortilla.
- Fold and cook in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Slice and serve with salsa and orange juice.
