🥣 Adasi (Persian Lentil Soup)

🧂 Ingredients
2 cups green lentils (soaked for 1 hour)

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for warmth)

Salt and black pepper to taste

8 cups vegetable stock or water

Optional toppings: caramelized onions, fresh lime juice, olive oil
