- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp olive oil

For the sandwich:
- 4 sirloin steaks (thinly sliced)
- 4 Portuguese bread rolls
- ½ cup butter
- 2 fresh chillies (finely chopped)
- Tomato slices & onion rings (for topping)
