Ingredients

For the seafood boil:

  • 500g crab legs or whole crab (cleaned)

  • 500g large shrimp (shell on or off)

  • 2 corn cobs (cut into pieces)

  • 200g baby potatoes (halved)

  • 1 lemon (sliced)

  • Water + salt for boiling

For the garlic butter sauce:

  • 150g unsalted butter (about 2/3 cup)

  • 6–8 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
