🫒 Artichoke & Pepper Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 can quartered artichoke hearts (drained & patted dry)
- ⅓ cup sweet piquanté peppers (like Peppadews)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp chopped Calabrian chilis
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 8–10 fresh basil leaves
- 5–6 tbsp olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients (except olive oil) in a food processor until pesto-like.
- Transfer to a bowl, stir in olive oil, and season to taste.
