🍖 Savory Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or mix with pork/veal)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until cooked through and browned.
