🧄 Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 whole head of garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

4 large eggs, separated

1 cup grated Gruyère cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (thyme, chives, parsley)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Butter and breadcrumbs, for preparing the soufflé dish
