2 ripe but firm bananas
2 teaspoons avocado or olive oil
¼ teaspoon kosher salt (optional)

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
Slice the bananas into thin rounds, about ¼ inch thick. Uniform slices help them cook evenly.
Coat the slices in oil and gently toss to cover. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
Air fry in a single layer for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Work in batches if needed.
Cool and serve: Let chips cool on a rack — they’ll crisp up more as they cool.
