
Assorted Meat Pepper Soup with Pounded Yam
👩🏽🍳 Preparation Method:
- Clean and boil the meat
- Wash all the assorted meats thoroughly.
- Place them in a pot with chopped onions, seasoning cubes, and salt.
- Add water and boil until tender.
- Add spices
- Once the meat is soft, add ground pepper, crayfish, and more water if needed.
- Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Finish with herbs
- Add scent leaves or basil for aroma and taste.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot
- Dish out the soup into a bowl.
- Serve with pounded yam or fufu on the side.
