- 500g bread flour
- 350g water (room temp)
- 100g active sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn
- Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil for richness
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Mix the dough
- In a large bowl, combine flour and water. Let rest (autolyse) for 30 minutes.
- Add starter and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in chopped basil.
