🍳 Instructions
Brown the Sausages: In a large skillet, fry sausages over medium-high heat until browned (about 3–4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies: Add oil to the skillet. Cook peppers and onions until tender-crisp (about 3–4 minutes).
Slice & Return Sausages: Slice the browned sausages and return them to the pan.
Add Sauce & Simmer: Stir in barbecue sauce and broth. Add cooked potatoes if using. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
Serve Hot: Garnish with fresh herbs or shredded cheese if desired. Serve with crusty bread, rice, or in sandwich rolls.
