Biscuits and Gravy

Biscuits:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in milk just until dough forms.

Roll out dough and cut into rounds. Place on baking sheet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

Gravy:
Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Don’t drain the fat.

Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir to coat.

Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.

Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.

🍽️ To Serve
Split warm biscuits and ladle gravy generously over the top. Serve with eggs or fresh fruit for a full breakfast spread.
