
Braised Beef with Peas and Vegetable Salad
🍳 Preparation
Braised Beef:
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden.
- Add garlic, tomato paste, and spices. Stir for 1–2 minutes.
- Add beef chunks and brown them on all sides.
- Pour in broth or water, cover, and simmer for 1–1.5 hours until meat is tender.
- Add peas and cook for another 10–15 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
Vegetable Salad:
- Mix all chopped vegetables in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and garnish with herbs.
