👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta
- Boil in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the cheese sauce
- Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to form a roux.
- Slowly add warm milk, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and seasonings.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Combine
- Fold in cooked pasta and optional chicken or bacon.
- Taste and adjust buffalo sauce level.
4. Bake (optional)
- Pour into a baking dish, top with extra cheese or breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
