
Churro Cheesecake
🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare cinnamon sugar: Mix ½ cup sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Layer the base: Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth. Spread evenly over the dough.
- Top layer: Unroll the second can of dough and lay it over the filling. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set. Let cool completely before slicing.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Optional: drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce.
