🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare cinnamon sugar: Mix ½ cup sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Layer the base: Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar.
  4. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth. Spread evenly over the dough.
  5. Top layer: Unroll the second can of dough and lay it over the filling. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set. Let cool completely before slicing.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Optional: drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce.
